MODERN ELITE TRAINING
Modern Elite Training (MET) is a movement built for players and families who want to unlock full potential—on the field and beyond.
Founded in 2022 by athletes for athletes, MET has worked with hundreds of players across all levels, from youth to professionals, guiding them toward their goals with proven systems of development. Our players have gone on to earn college opportunities, professional contracts, and international recognition.
We accomplish this through our proprietary model of Elite Training, Education, and Advisory, all delivered by MET Certified Coaches. Every program—whether in-person at the MET Pro Facility or online through MET Pro platforms—is designed to create measurable results, build confidence, and prepare players for success in the modern game.
